ANDREW Phillip Rampling, 51, of Saughall Massie Road, Saughall Massie has appeared before Wirral Magistrates on a drink driving allegation.
He pleaded guilty to the offence in a Ford Focus car on the Upton by-pass on March 5 and was fined £300 plus £65 costs.
A test showed over three times the alcohol level. He was banned from driving for two years.
